Prices are displayed on the website including 25% VAT. Prices will be updated in your cart according to your shipping address. For Norway and Switzerland prices are shown on the website excluding VAT. For all orders outside of the EU the price in the cart is excluding VAT. The customer will pay the custom duties / import duties to the courier ( Fedex, DHL, TNT or third party courrier ).

We do our best to package and send off your order as soon as possible. As soon as you have paid for your item and it has been sent, changes are no longer possible. When your order gets shipped out from the warehouse, usually within 24 hours, you will get an email from us with the tracking number.

In order to process your email, we need the following information:

• Product 
• Year or model
• Item quantities
• Colour and size, if applicable
• Your customer number and contact details (delivery and billing addresses)
• Desired payment method, if applicable (bank transfer)

You may return your item/s for any reason within 30 days of receiving them. Just make sure the items are unused and still in their original packaging. Do not remove any labels from the product. Once the product has been inspected, it will be reimbursed.  In case of returns, freight costs are covered by the customer. To return your product contact us via [email protected]

All Simmer Style sails, boards, and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects according to regulations in the country where they are purchased. The guarantee is only valid when the problem originates from recreational usage on the water. Normal wear and tear is not guaranteed.

The warranty is valid from the date of purchase on the original receipt. The warranty is not valid for secondhand purchases.

We accept payment via most major credit cards including VISA and MasterCard. We also accept payments via Google Pay and through Klarna for selected countries. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.

If your package arrives damaged you need to contact us within 12 hours after the delivery at [email protected]. If possible inform the courrier about the damaged goods delivered. Simmer Style needs to process the claim within 24 h.
