When ordering from simmerstyle.com, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to your country. Prices are shown included taxes on the website, for countries outside of the EU taxes are deducted in the cart. Depending on your country of residence Simmer Style reserves the right to contact you for further information, if needed.
Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, “Import Fees”), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country.
Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others):
- Product category and price
- Shipping costs and package weight
- Customs clearance channel
- Import taxes based on custom duty amounts
Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don’t charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.
The price of any items will be as stipulated on our website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. While we try to ensure that all prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and if you have already paid for the items you will receive a full refund. We are under no obligation to provide the items to you at the incorrect (lower) price (even after we have sent you a Shipping Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an incorrect price.
5. EU VAT OR IMPORT DUTIES
For the EU countries all displayed prices in our website include the respective VAT that may differ between countries. However, VAT is not included for non EU Countries. Customers outside of the EU are responsible for paying their country specific VAT, custom duties / import duties to the courier ( Fedex, DHL, TNT or third party courrier ). The price in the cart will show excluding EU VAT.
Simmer Style AB retains the right to change prices at any time. All prices are displayed respectively in Euros.
6. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
We reserve the right to make technical alterations for the improvement of products and quality without prior notice. There could be minimal differences in color due to the graphic representation on the screen and our catalog or changes in production material.
7. AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
When your order is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. If we are unable to deliver your order, we will inform you about the cancellation and process a refund, or voucher, for the same value. Simmer Style AB has the right to send out only parts of the order in case one of the items is out of stock.
8. REFUSAL OF YOUR ORDER
We reserve the right to withdraw any items from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to process all the orders submitted to us, there may be exceptional circumstances which mean that we may need to refuse to process or accept an order after we have received it or sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time. We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any item from this website, removing or editing any materials or content on this website, or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have received it or sent you an Order Confirmation.
Once you have finished shopping, all the items you wish to purchase are added to your basket and your next step will be to go to the checkout process and make your payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, completing or verifying the information requested in each step. Throughout the purchase process, before your payment, you can modify the details of your order.
We accept payment via most major credit cards including VISA and MasterCard. We also accept payments viaa Google Pay. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.
10. DAMAGED GOODS
Please ensure that the receiver of the consignment inspects the outer packaging and the contents of all parcels before signing the carrier’s delivery note. If any part of your order is defective or missing, please reflect this on the carrier’s note e.g. “damaged in transit” or “1 parcel only received” etc. and refuse delivery of the damaged parcel only and contact us immediately. A signature of “received in good condition” will void any subsequent claim for damage in transit. You must submit. If your package arrives damaged you need to contact us within 12 hours after the delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. Simmer Style needs to process the claim within 24 h.

11. RETURN OF GOODS
You can return any item within 30 days after delivery and we will refund the selling price of the item on condition that the item is returned to us as originally packed, unused and undamaged. The customer will bear the freight costs of the return of articles. Items that show possible defects in materials and/or production processes: Should the item show possible defects in materials or production processes, we ask you to notify us about this immediately, whereas probable transport damages should be notified immediately to the driver. Please return these faulty goods back to us including a brief note describing the problem for us. Please contact us before returning bulky articles in order to find the most favourable way of sending it back. Please understand we will not accept receipt of goods that are not prepaid carriage.
