Flyby 84 L – Custom

Marc Paré’s board was used in both the PWA in Chile and the Maui Pro Am last year, where he finished 2nd in both. The Flyby 84 is a Flywave variation with super fast tail rocker board with a Vee to double to single concave bottom shape (for extra rocker in the rail), with refined rails. It’s a fast but really turny board when put on rail and will excel especially in wave riding conditions. Due to the fast rocker and wider tail it will also work well in more side-on, windier conditions. It’s a good one-shape quiver board that will especially excel in wave riding conditions. Marc has mainly used it as a quad (14.5 and 9), but it works really well as a thruster (17/10) for more side-shore conditions when wanting a tighter, more back-footed bottom turn.

The base was used forward in the track and the back foot was used at the second hole from the front for extra grip and drive.
